I can’t believe we didn’t visit this place sooner! Everything was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so attentive and welcoming. Our waitress, Gaby, was incredible — so sweet and full of great recommendations that did not disappoint. Every dish we ordered tasted fresh and was packed with flavor. You can truly tell they care about quality and presentation. And let’s not forget the views — absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for an already perfect meal. We’re already counting down the days until we can go back!

If you’re looking for some of the freshest seafood in Destin, The Edge Seafood Restaurant on the water absolutely delivers. From the moment we sat down, we knew we were in for a great night. We started with a dozen baked oysters, and they were incredible — perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. They were so good that before the night was over, we ordered another dozen… this time raw. Fresh, briny, and exactly what you hope for when you’re on the coast. For our entrées, we both ordered their signature dish, the Grouper Morena, and it did not disappoint. One was garnished with fresh asparagus, the other with roasted Brussels sprouts — both plated beautifully and cooked to perfection. Just had a great lunch at The Edge Seafood Restaurant and Sky Bar! We ate upstairs at the Skybar overlooking the beautiful marina. The fried grouper sandwich was so delicious...flakey and done perfectly. Coleslaw was creamy and really tasty. My husband had the fried jumbo shrimp which was excellent along with the truffle fries. Service was superb, as our waitress was a fellow Disney fan!!! Such a great afternoon...we will definitely be back!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sky Bar at the Edge. The food and drinks were outstanding—especially the Island Chicken, which was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with great live music that made the night even more enjoyable. The staff here are incredibly attentive; it truly feels like they treat everyone like family. A special shoutout to Kat—she’s an amazing person who clearly cares about creating a fun, welcoming environment. Her energy and genuine kindness made my time here even better. If you’re looking for great food, great people, and a great vibe, Sky Bar at the Edge is the place to be. Highly recommended

Starting with the host, she was so amazing and communicated beautifully with my large party. She was welcoming and super nice! Once we got our table our server Gabby was absolutely wonderful!!! She was on top of everything and made this dining experience ever better. Gabby checked up on us and gave updated us on our food while we waited for it to be cooked. we love gabby and the host! Food was top notch. I got the lobster mac and cheese and it was soooooo goooood!! I would get again! 10/10.
