I went into this experience completely blind - no test tasting, just trusting the reviews and WOW, Chef Banks and his team exceeded every single expectation. They prepared both a birthday brunch and dinner, and the food was absolutely amazing, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. My entire group is still talking about how incredible everything was. Chef Banks even arranged a bartender for pour service, and he was just as amazing. He fit right in with the energy of our group, kept the vibe fun and seamless, and even stayed a little longer to continue serving. It truly elevated the entire evening. Everyone on the team was polite, professional, and timely. They handled everything effortlessly and made the night feel first class and stress‑free. I highly, highly recommend his services

We used Chef Banks for our office Christmas party. He was amazing! He came to our house, cooked a delicious brunch (lobster benedict, peach cobbler waffles, breakfast potatoes and bacon), and after he left my kitchen looked like it had never been cooked in! Highly recommend him to anyone needing a private caterer. We will be using his services again!

Chef Banks catered our family’s Prosecco and Pajamas themed brunch. The professionalism, deliciousness of the food, the setup/decorum… chef’s kiss! I can’t emphasize enough how amazing the food tasted. We were catered to like we were at a 5 star restaurant. They even cleaned up immaculately afterwards. Anytime we are in the Destin area, we are going to invite Chef Banks and his crew to wine and dine us bc the experience is unmatched!
