The Donut House Thornton

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Came in to pick up three dozen for our serving staff at New Hills Church and received world class service. Hands down, some of the best service I have received in a long time… from anywhere. Best yet… it was two high schoolers. Keep up the hard work! I personally will be buying all of my Donuts from The Donut House Thornton going forward. Merry Christmas and God Bless!

Stopped by this donut shop 15 minutes before closing time. I've read very good reviews about both the service and the donuts, but maybe today was not a good day. It was close to closing time, but they were still open, and we totally got the vibe from the moment that we walked in that they couldn't wait to leave. We were greeted with "we're closing already" as soon as we walked in. I walked up to the glass case because there were donuts in there but was immediately told, "we're only selling the boxed donuts now." So, I walked over to the table of boxed donuts and still decided to buy one even though so far the service was terrible. But we thought, maybe the donuts are very good. They were not. They were ok, but nothing spectacular. We've had better donuts. Even though the donuts were edible

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and regularly pick up a few dozen for the office—our entire staff raves about these donuts! We actually drive past several major chains to get here because the quality is simply worth the extra distance. The service is always wonderful, and they have a very generous rewards program. Highly recommended!

From the moment I walked into The Donut House, I was met with warmth and kindness. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering coffee and samples while I waited. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their enthusiasm for what they do truly shows. And the doughnuts? Absolutely amazing! So good, in fact, that my 7-year-old asked if we could get them every day! If you're looking for delicious, fresh doughnuts and top-notch service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Love there Cronuts. Only reason I really come here. When I walked through the door all I could smell was the cleaner Fabuloso. Got to work and look and behold my Cronuts also tasted like the cleaner. I know it’s cheap but get a good cleaner that doesn’t impart smell or flavor into your pastries. I can’t recommend this to anyone unless they like the taste of cheap cleaners from the dollar store.
