CA PHE, Vietnamese Coffee and Banh Mi

Great spot for Bahn Mi, coffees, and rotating desserts. We’ve ordered here many times and the food has always been excellent. Today we ordered bbq pork bahn mi (get extra meat (only $1.50 more) and jalapeños), pork buns, and the ube egg tarts. The Ube Egg Tarts were so delicious! In fact everything was delicious! The Bahn Mi bread was crispy, light and chewy. The pickled veggies were crunchy and the bbq pork was great. slightly fatty good chunks of tender pork. The owner was awesome and chatted with us for a bit. Let us know to come in earlier to get a better shot at some of their unique egg rolls. All in all a great Vietnamese cafe with great food drinks and desserts

We absolutely loved our visit to CA PHE! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, with a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The drinks were outstanding — the artful matcha was not only beautiful but also delicious, and the Vietnamese iced coffee had the perfect balance of strong, smooth, and refreshing. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Definitely a new favorite spot for coffee and a chill hangout next time I am in Colorado! Highly recommend.

Finally found an excellent Bahn mi spot in Thornton. The service at the counter was excellent and their recommendations were fantastic. The refresher drink were bomb. We got the Dragonfruit and Coconut Matcha refreshers. The sandwiches were so good too. My wife got the egg white bahn mi and I got the grilled pork. The bread was fresh and crispy, but not cut the roof of your mouth crunchy like some spots. Both sandwiches were well seasoned and nice and full of meat, pickled daikon radish, cucumbers and carrots. Overall 10/10 we will be back again.

Haven’t even finished half my sandwich, needed to stop and leave a review. SO GOOD!!! Restaurant is adorable and very clean. Coffee is yummy of course, but the sandwich! I got the lemongrass grilled pork Banh mi and it is so full of flavor, fresh veggies, and the bread has an amazing texture. So excited to have this family owned business nearby, can’t wait to come back and try more!

Tastiest Banh Mi’s ever! I got the roasted pork and my bf got the BBH, both were really tasty! The Vietnamese coffees were also very good.
