The Deck at Cookson Village

The fiancé and I were doing our tour of state parks in the area And we’re looking for a place to eat. We stumbled upon this place… And we couldn’t be more pleased! The service was a little slow at first, but was well made up for in the end. Food was delicious. Music was really good.(Even though it wasn’t live, It was a really good selection). Definitely make sure you stop by there if visiting any of Oklahoma’s beautiful state parks! By the way, if you’re a Psych fan, you Have now found the home of Fries Cuatro con queso Dos Fritos!

Food is always good. Servers are attentive and friendly. If no live music, they have good music playing. Fun stuff for kids to do. TVs to watch the game.

Very hospitable! The host went above and beyond to set up games for my boys. The football game was on and the s’mores dessert was a treat!

This is such a great place (near the lake, too) to just hang out, relax and listen to live music. All seating is outdoors, some under shelter. The waitresses are so friendly and helpful. I personally like their burgers, southwest eggrolls, taquitos(?), onion rings and fries. Most of the other food on the menu I find to be "okay," but that is just my personal opinion. I am kind of a picky eater. I love the relaxed atmosphere and the giant trees that surround the place providing ample shade. Highly recommend.

My entire family was very impressed with the breakfast! It was affordable and delicious! I highly recommend the Queso Breakfast Burrito, but the pancakes were plate sized also and tasted great! We will be back!
