The cuisine American bistro

The food was inspiring it got straight to the pont explained what every dish had and offered. The staff was very polite and helpful when I had questions. The rasta pasta with shrimp was my favorite dish. The mango margaritas without alcohol was amazing reminded me of a mangonada. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend I will be coming back for seconds.

Great new family run spot. The food here was solid. Went for dinner with friends and the staff were so nice and obliging. The steak was cooked really well. The head chef came out and spoke to each table and clearly they care about this restaurant and making it a success! Please support this new local spot

The food and the service was great. However the atmosphere was very off. The lights were way too bright and fluorescent. the place smelled strongly of fabuloso cleaning product. there was visible damage to the door we were facing. the signage out front seemed cheap and disposable. some of the wall paint choices seemed disjointed. I think with some small atmosphere fixes this could be a great spot.

Saw that there was a new restaurant in Highwood so our friends booked a reservation for Saturday night. We were so totally blown away by all elements of this restaurant! Service was warm, knowledgeable, helpful and truly a pleasure. Our server helped us to get to know the menu, we made our choices and were overjoyed at the flavors of each dish. Our meals ranged from the shrimp empanadas which were cooked perfectly and they were so fresh. Next up burgers for two of us cooked to different temps and they came out perfectly done with great crunchy fries. White fish was light, moist and fresh. Skirt steak again came out perfectly prepared to medium rare and was the best skirt steak my husband said he has ever had! Cocktails were nice . Limited wine offerings but you can bring your own.

This is really a wonderful restaurant. The price point is excellent and the value for money superb. The food was really, really good, and we all enjoyed our meal. The skirt steak, the lamb chops, the beet salad and the ceviche. The poached pear is something different (not sweet at all) and the chocolate cake was very tasty. And for 10 bucks you get a really solid pour of wine (probably around 9 oz), which is just unheard of in a restaurant. Service was good and we really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend you try this new place. They deserve to be more busy. It’s new and people need to get the word out.
