It's a bit run down, in a lived in way. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms stayed warm, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, and condiments. On the negative side, the showers constantly dribbled when turned off, the downstairs sink never drained right, the washing machine leaked water, and the common area was relatively cold (alright liveable). There's parking for four people willing to juggle cars, and there's decent street parking. No street noise that we noticed. Free WiFi. Not certain about the price. The organizer handled it.
Great stay at the air bnb, large space for our large group. Comfortable enough to not feel cramped and plenty of fridge and stove space. Parking is a plus and host is great and responsive. Short trek to the zoo. Some yard space that is nice. Quiet street and area, feels safe. Worth a stay!
Spacious. Stocked ok. Cleanliness was an issue in parts of house. Laid out well for large groups.
