The Colonial Grille

We were a party of 8, though I will only be writing on behalf of two of us. They opened at 4. We were arrived early, and waiting in the sitting area outside the Grille until the remainder of our party arrived. We were the first 8 people in the restaurant, with a group of 3 immediately behind us. The greeting staff member was exceptionally friendly, having even offered to let us enter shortly before opening time. Unfortunately, our service was painfully slow, especially considering the lack of other patrons. This includes everything from the original drink order, all the way up through the desert order. This was our first visit and it was our anniversary. Staff was very welcoming and made a big deal of the anniversary. Spicy Meatballs appetizer lived up to their name and were very good. Tenderloin steak tips were outstanding. And no going wrong with a warm cookie skillet.

Service was terrible. There was barely anyone in the restaurant and the waitress had forgotten our appetizer and took forever to bring us out food and beverages. Won’t be coming here again. Also I didn’t quite trust the waitress we had. Also woke up not feeling well a few times in the night after eating here. Would not recommend

Cool place, looks like an older fancy looking place. Pretty clean. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. Friendly staff.

The dinner was amazing. But the breakfast, was absolutely horrible. I don't even know how to describe how bad.
