Pops sweet harts ice cream truck LLC

I’ve had Pops come to my home daycare this year and last year! Excellent prices with a variety for everyone. The children loved the summer surprise! Thank you so much for being so accommodating as well. Will definitely use again next summer.

BEST ICE CREAM TRUCK IN TOWN!! Love how nice and polite the staff are to their customers! They have a very nice variety of products. Would 10/10 recommend if youre looking for a sweet treat for your gatherings☺️

Since I didn't actually write something and the owner decided to take it upon herself and blast the one star review all over Facebook with my picture (petty if you ask me) I'll write something. I had 1 experience with her and the attitude was less than desirable. Her prices are overpriced for what you get if you want half melted then refrozen ice cream. The cost of running a business is that sometimes, you aren't going to get all 5 star reviews. I recommend starting with your attitude. Instead of reaching out to me directly to ask the reason for the review she posted it online and blocked me from the business page. Says it all.

100% recommend Nancy and her crew at pops sweat-hearts it was an amazing night and we also got amazing ice cream for the best ice cream truck ever!! The kids loved her

If I could leave less then one star I would. It had nothing to do with the ice cream but had everything to do with how unpleasant and condescending the girl working was. Id be very concerned if I were the owner and had an employee treating customers the way she does (myself and the women in front of me). Being spoken to like garbage for no reason other then asking for a cup on the side of your ice cream so your baby doesn’t dump the whole thing over within 2 minutes puts a real damper on the evening. Meanwhile this was a “family friendly”event in a pink ice cream truck. Ice Cream was decent but get some new employees asap.
