Good food and comfortable atmosphere, the Brussels sprouts are amazing. Added bonus Service was excellent. A great place to go for drinks and some food any night of the week. Update: Got the Franks Doughnut Bread pudding to go. OMG it was good!

I've been here several times over the past few years, and it always seems to be underwhelming at best. Today's brunch was no exception. I got a fruit and yogurt parfait, while my partner got the bananas foster French toast. The yogurt in my dish was somehow split? It was watery and lumpy. Not sure why they thought that was OK to serve. Someone else in my party ordered the same, and also got the yogurt soup. On the French toast, it came with a mound of walnuts, despite no mention of them on the menu. My partner has a nut allergy, so we had to send it back. When I asked one of the employees, they shrugged and said Bananas foster always has nuts, which is not my experience. The Clubhouse is a great place to meet new people while enjoying a delicious meal. The staff and patrons are friendly and welcoming! Chef Chase's diverse menu includes American fare such as burgers and fries, pizza, and chicken tenders, along with a little of the southwest with tacos and quesadillas, to a southern favorite, bread pudding made with local donuts. The bar service was friendly with excellent prices. $3.00 domestic draft is unheard of.

There is a fabulous area to host a larger gathering, as well. Family favorites are the shrimp tacos, the flatbreads, and the pork rolls, but you can’t go wrong with any of the delicious items on the menu! Family-friendly but also perfect for a date night or dinner out with friends, this restaurant, located in the historic home of General John Payne, is a great choice in Georgetown!
