Hokkaido Ramen House

Such a great find while on vacation! The service and the food were very good. We were first greeted by Daniel, the host, who was very friendly on our way in and out. Joe was our excellent waiter. I personally tried the pork bun and the spicy beef ramen with an egg. The bun was very tasty, and the spicy beef ramen broth had a great depth of flavor and perfect spice level. So glad we stopped on the way through the area.

I ordered the Tantanmen with beef brisket and a side of edamame, the dish spice and flavor was not overpowering or too much. Really nice balance and it was fulfilling in ever way. The service, the environment, the food, and overall experience was great. I ended up getting some Tiramisu to go. Definitely looking forward to another visit.

Everything was AMAZING!! The spicy Ramen with extra charsui is perfect if you haven't eaten all day, if just a light dinner no need extra Charsui. One thing my wife noticed the Tom yum seafood the cilantro taste as if its made to fit perfectly you taste it in every sip...I have to agree I tried and its great made to perfection. Pork buns are what we called the fancy way not the old school ball with pork inside, its like an amazing pork bun soft sandwich. We was driving through will 100% be marking on the map for future visits. Sorry no pics was hungry and it didnt last. The Boba is very refreshing as well..I actually saved some noidles just to eat later and enjoy

@Dec.2025 We visited for a weekday lunch around 1pm, there were quite many customers. I had Spicy miso ramen and it came quickly. It says spicy though only the red paste on the bowl is the spicy and ramen and soup were not spicy. It tasted good, the portion may be small for some people. The waiter was nice.

Delicious food, great prices, great service, great atmosphere. Im a huge fan of the Spicy Ramen. My good friend who was a Marine stationed in Japan for a significant amount of time said that this place is as close to the quality of the food from being in Japan as he's ever gotten here in the states. 10/10 Recommend if you want that authentic ramen experience. Delicious, quickly delivered, hard drinks, soft drinks, boba and milk teas. One of my new favorites I'll absolutely be returning to frequently.
