The Chef's Table

We have found our new favorite restaurant in Stuart. The Chef’s table is now that place. When eating out it’s about the food and then the service and then the location. We visited the Chef twice recently, both experiences provided amazing food. Fresh, Delicious and very flavorful. The salt encrusted branzino was a delight. Last night I enjoyed the lamb and Octopus starter. You can’t find a better restaurant in 100 mile of the Table.

I’ve been coming to Stuart from NJ/NYC for years, and our family has a place on Hutchinson Island. We’ve eaten everywhere, just about, but somehow never managed to eat at The Chef’s Table until tonight. Well, we just had the best meal we’ve had in years in this area, and cannot say enough about how talented Chef Paulo is. His Michelin star restaurant experience shows in the delicacy of his preparations. After having just two pasta dishes we were just blown away; if you want authentic, refined Italian cooking then look no further. His bolognese with homemade tagliatelle is the best I’ve ever had, and that includes Italy (where Chef Paulo is from). My wife’s homemade pappardelle entree was equally delicious. Chef’s Table catered my best friends wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Cara was incredibly attentive, and her staff were so sweet, professional, and on top of every detail. You can truly tell they’re a team that cares deeply about their work. The tables were decorated beautifully, and Cara worked with me (the matron of honor) tirelessly to make sure the bride and groom had an unforgettable day. The food was absolutely fantastic, from the perfectly bite sized appetizers during cocktail hour to the main entrées during the reception, which were all delicious. Chef’s Table also took food allergies very seriously, making sure they knew exactly who needed specific dishes to fit their dietary needs. That kind of attention and care goes such a long way. Carra and her team at The Chef’s Table catered my daughter’s wedding, and from start to finish, everything was wonderful! Carra was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process, always responsive, organized, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff were so friendly and incredibly attentive, and everything was handled seamlessly on the big day. We truly couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. I highly recommend them for any special event!
