I stumbled upon this gem of a Honduran food truck, and it was an absolute delight! The food here was incredibly delicious, and each bite felt like a taste of Honduras, I appreciated the authenticity. Everything is made to order. The cozy picnic tables outside provided the perfect spot to sit and eat. I indulged in their empanadas which I paired with a refreshing smoothie on my first visit during their grand opening. My last visit, I had the Honduran Tacos with beef which was very tasty. Finding a spot that serves authentic Honduran food this good is a rare treat, and I can't recommend this place enough. If you're craving authentic Honduran cuisine, or never tried it before, check it out. I recently found out that they take phone orders, which adds a little extra convenience.
