This Thai food truck is very easy to find. It’s located at a gas station and comes in the form of a bright orange food truck that really stands out. They offer a wide variety of Thai dishes such as papaya salad (Som Tam), tom yum shrimp soup, green curry, glass noodle salad, and more. For drinks, they have Thai iced tea and milk green tea. The prices are reasonable—mid-range—but the portions are very generous for the price. As for the taste, the food is absolutely authentic Thai style and very delicious. However, you may need to wait a little while because the owner cooks everything alone and pays close attention to every detail. Don’t forget to stop by and support this lovely Thai food truck!

Fantastic Thai food. Very friendly co-owner came out and talked with us while we waited on our food. I got the panang curry and my spouse got the pad Thai. Curry had a lovely flavorful heat to it. The place does get busy (we were there for about 35 minutes) so next time we'll call ahead. But worth the wait.

Owner operated food truck operating at the side of a Chevron gas station. Don’t let that put you off. Authentic Thai food cooked to order and well worth the wait. The owner takes pride in her cooking. I had the Stir Fried Red Curry with chicken and my partner had the Pad Thai plus we shared a Papaya Salad. All med spice and everything was extremely well cooked and flavorful and portion sizes were large. Definitely better than some Thai restaurants we have been to and better value for money. Outside seating for about 8-10 people but we opted to go as we were staying about 5 mins away while visiting Stuart. Go here and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend.

This is some top notch Thai food. Great portions, incredible flavor, and reasonably priced. The chef, Nune, is very sweet and works incredibly hard. I truly can’t recommend this place highly enough

Amazing food every time I’ve been here. I usually order the chicken wings and fried rice and they’re always excellent — the wings are honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Portions are large, prices are very reasonable, and the lady working there is always very nice. Definitely recommend.
