The Cheesecake Factory

I tried the Double Smash Burger at The Cheesecake Factory and it was excellent. Cooked perfectly, great flavor, and exactly what a smash burger should be — crispy edges, juicy inside, and done right. That said, after eating here for nearly 30 years, I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service at The Cheesecake Factory. They’ve been consistently great every single time. While the Double Smash Burger was delicious, next time I’d probably go back to ordering the Roadside Slider Cheeseburgers appetizer instead. Those buns are absolutely breathtaking and make the sliders something special. Still, another great meal at a place that has been incredibly consistent for decades.

Can’t thank our server - Marcelino, enough for the fantastic service me and my mates experienced for lunch. Appetizers and food were extraordinary and dishes were brought out in a timely manner. He deserves a raise! Solid experience overall. 5/5 and highly recommend with this server and for group-meals!

So, December 20th, my husband and I took my mother to the Cheese Cake Factory in Oak Brook. Now that wasn't our first time dining at the Factory, but it was my mother's first time dining there, and our first time dining at this Factory, and we absolutely loved it our experience. The food, as always came out fresh. Tasted GREAT! I made a mistake by not asking for certain ingredients that came on the Cobb salad, and the bartender, Angel and the manager that was there that day made a nice, Big Deal about it and happily gave me another salad. No problems. The place was clean. As soon as a spot at the bar was open, that space was quickly cleaned. Class!!

It's everything you expect from a cheesecake factory! The menu is huge, but the execution is really solid. The bread was hot and buttery. The burger was absolutely delicious, and the cheesecake was the size of my head. It's one of my favorite places to stop on the way to the airport. You won't regret it!

Cheesecake Factory has quite a vast menu with a variety of meal options, but I decided to try the chicken shawarma and I was pleasantly surprised! They use a pita bread instead of the traditional flatbread, which was perfectly fine because it contained the contents of the sandwich quite well. The ingredients were fresh, the chicken seasoned and cooked too perfection, and the toum sauce was nice and zesty and garlicy. The fries were excellent, too. It was a delicious and satisfying meal. The Oakbrook location does a fantastic job. Cheers!
