The Chateau Restaurant Andover

I had a good experience at The Chateau restaurant in Andover. Food was amazing and my server was very nice. He provided an excellent service to my family and I. Wish I remember his name😊 The only thing I have to say is the fact that I did have a reservation and I still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. It’s okay though because they were very busy on a Sunday evening. Other than that, great atmosphere, great people and great food!

Anytime I have eaten at the Château, I’ve always had a delicious meal. I happen to order half a pan of meatballs and a half a pan of stuffed shells for Christmas Day from the catering menu and was very disappointed to see the lack of sauce they put in the pan for my shells. The sauce wasn’t even covering the shells at all. Some of them came out very dry and a little bit hard because there was no sauce to pour over them. It looked like somebody took a spoon and just did a swirl of sauce. I didn’t expect them to be swimming in sauce, but I definitely expected it all to be covered with sauce.The meatballs were good, as they could’ve used a little bit more sauce too. I was given a side of meat sauce, but it was very thick with meat and that’s not what I wanted for my stuffed shells. I wanted p

First time here always drive by this location The one in Methuen we had a great server new guy I think his name was Spencer he did very well he answered a lot of questions his knowledge his best ability to he recommended some good plates we got a couple drinks a few appetizers and two main dishes everything was excellent portion was great big sizes everything was cooked to our liking we will definitely be returning and probably try out different locations

I've been coming here for over 20 years and I've never once had a bad experience. I really can't say enough great things about the place. The food is was delicious as always, my favorite is the meatballs¡¡¡ The service was top notch and our order was brought out lightning fast¡¡ The bill was incredibly low as well, four people, four entries, 6 drinks and two appetizers was just ove $200 only 2 drinks had alcohol. Just unbelievable if you ask this guy¡¡ I 100% recommend this spot to anyone who eats food...

Great little place with a welcoming atmosphere and good food. The price is nice and the drink selection is even nicer. Definitely be back for more
