This place is THE Best Indian restaurant in NJ!! Everything is so fresh and absolutely delicious. The owners are incredibly nice and they always make me feel so welcome when I dine here. Their naan is AMAAAZING and their butter chicken is out of this world. Take out or dine in, it’s so good. You have to try this place!!

We have placed many catering orders from Butter Chicken Factory, and every single time the experience has been exceptional. The food has always been outstanding and greatly appreciated by our guests. It’s clear that everything is prepared with a lot of care and attention to detail. The owners are incredibly kind and always ready to accommodate special requests, which makes organizing events so much easier and stress-free. The menu offers plenty of variety in both appetizers and main courses. Some of the not-so-common appetizers, like Achari Chicken and Fish Shami Kabab, are available here and they are absolutely outstanding. We ordered take out for the first time from this restaurant tonight including butter chicken. The butter chicken arrived with 5 tiny thin pieces of chicken, most of the dish was sauce. This dish cost $20. Called the restaurant to see if this is normal or if they could at least credit us something back which they declined and were not interested in helping us resolve the issue. Order anywhere else than here, there much better Indian options in the area.

Absolutely terrible experience. The butter chicken and chicken korma portions were embarrassingly small for the price, and the flavor just wasn’t there. Bland, watery, and completely underwhelming. This is easily the worst Indian food I’ve ever had. To make it worse, the owner refused to be helpful when we brought up the issue. No effort to fix it, no accountability — just poor customer service on top of bad food. Save your money and your time. If you want real flavor and proper portions, go to Moghul Express in Edison instead. Night and day difference. Don’t waste your time with this place. Unbelievable.

Amazing food and even better customer service. The butter chicken is perfectly spiced and creamy. The garlic naan was has the perfect crisp to soft ratio. Overall one of the best Indian food I’ve had in New Jersey.
