Great selection of ice creams and treats. They have a seasonal cookie and ice cream every month. Only been a few times but so far everything has been delicious! They also have a relaxing seating area.

Jess was a customer-service expert! She clearly enjoyed helping us with our first Baked Bear experience. It doesnt seem right to call them ice cream sandwiches. They were experiences! We'll be back!!!! Thank you!

The staff were so kind and patient, walking me through every option. I built my own dream sandwich — two soft, warm cookies with their seasonal ice cream — and the flavor was pure joy. Everything tasted clean, rich, and full of real ingredients (they even mentioned home baked recipes for cookies, ice cream and no artificial dyes 🙌🏾). The shop itself feels bright and welcoming, right in downtown Westfield with easy parking nearby. StaffTip: ask them to warm your cookies — it makes the ice cream melt just right.
