Hi Tim and girlfriend here ..I would have given a 5 stat review to food and atmosphere. I just didnt though cuz nothing compared to the service we got there this mornin..and as far as these reviews go talking about "Virtual kitchen " yea keep smoking the cheeba..because its a regular restaurant and Dennys..I witnessed it and experienced it ourselves..and thanks and a big shout out to Caroline ..The world needs more people like her. Dennys dont lose her!
Absolutely terrible experience. Received notification that order was ready but did not receive my order until 20 minutes after I arrived. Asked multiple times for status only to be told it was still being worked on. Order didn't even seem to be started. complete waste of time. Fries portions are comically small. Also, the Burger Den is just Dennys but charges more. You can order the same items on the Dennys website for cheaper. Seems very dishonest for the burger den to even exist when you can order off the Dennys website.
Our early morning waitress was the absolute best. I wish I could remember her name. Food was marginal, cold biscuits and gravy. The rest was ok.
Virtual kitchen, located inside of Denny's. People should know what they're ordering so they don't think it's a new restaurant you are paying for Denny's food
