Legendary Italian spot in Hermosa Beach with ocean views and amazing food. Probably the most iconic restaurant in town going strong for over 50 years. The veal ossobuco is so tender and flavorful it is a must try if you want meat. The meatballs are very flavorful and moist with great texture and the red sauce they are served in is so fresh and delicious it would taste amazing on anything. The rigatoni with chicken and basil has a light creme sauce with garlic and sun dried tomatoes.. the chicken was very tender and the dish was very tasty. Whatever you choose to order at The Bottle Inn you can be sure you will have a great meal with outstanding personal service. Fine dining at its best ! The food was unbelievable ! Every morsel, every bite of their pasta, seafood, and dessert was top-notch! However, it’s very crowded. I didn’t like sitting that close to the couple on the left with a group of 4 including our 2 kids. I felt as though they overbooked and that’s not ok. I don’t want to sit in the couple’s lap for crying out loud ! Also, the prices are outrageous! Doesn’t have to be. It was great to try out and we enjoyed our evening but it’s really for affluent families, couples, and retirees with lots of money to throw around ! Chances are: If you’re middle class you most likely won’t be able to afford dining here. The end.

Four of us arrived 9 minutes early for our five o’clock reservation, we were told we could not wait on the premises, so we went back to our car. That , ordinarily, would be fine, unfortunately, I am a disabled senior, and have difficulty walking, even with my cane. The four of us returned to the restaurant, my boyfriend, my son and his girlfriend. Staff was very friendly and cheerful. We ordered Brussels sprouts and calamari for appetizers, two of us ordered filet mignon bernaise, one the filet and shrimp and one linguine and seafood. We were only halfway through our appetizers when entrees arrived. We felt terribly rushed, handing over our plates reluctantly. They were going to take our appetizers, but I said no! Amazing location (not a ton of parking so keep that in mind) - great atmosphere. Perfect romantic lighting, our server was amazing. The wine list is top notch, food was great!

My family have celebrated many birthdays at The Bottle Inn and we absolutely love the ambience, the great food, exceptional service, and friendliness of the staff. Our server recently was Paola and she was incredible very attentive and even had a birthday cake with candles lit to bring to the table for my dad’s birthday! I highly recommend this restaurant 100% for great food, ambiance and Where? great service!!
