Yellow Jersey Patisserie

This is an adorable place. The ambiance is serene and the crew who served me were very sweet. But I’m basing this review on the pastries I had last weekend. It’s great that the prices are so low, however for a micro-croissant, about a third of the size of a traditional croissant, it makes sense that it’s only a third of the price. I had a scone—something that I always try if a bakery offers it because there is nothing like a great scone, and a true scone is actually much more complex to create than something made from baked batter. Their scone is more like a triangle shaped muffin, no layers, no density. So if you like something more like a muffin top, you’d might like their “scone,” but for me it totally missed the mark, so I only ate around the edges then tossed it. All the pastries, for

I had a really good time here! The staff was really nice, and understanble! They were really kind to my big group of people! We all enjoyed the service and the scenery was amazing. I did give the food 4 stars because I found the iced vanilla latte a little bitter compared to my friends but it was still amazing, and I will recommend it! I also found the prices amazing!

Very friendly staff, great food and service! Welcoming to dogs. The back garden was a perfect spot to hang out and we easily found a table for 2 on a Saturday morning. Will definitely be back!

This new place in Hermosa Beach is very special. The backyard is something else: cozy, beautiful, relaxed, just perfect to spend some time with great coffee, patisserie, or a breakfast burrito. Mike is a former Team USA Cyclist (hence the name), and you can see both his maillot and race bike as soon as you get in. Free tip: ask for a Cortado!

A delightful spot in Hermosa Beach with an incredible patio and the NICEST owner. Don’t miss the dark chocolate, sea salt & oatmeal cookie (but try everything else, too). The courtyard can double as a private event space in the evenings — complete with white lights strung across and all the ambience your photos demand.
