The Bolivian Sabor

Like other Bolivian places, the price is good and the meat is okay. It was a little dry for my taste, but everything else was good. Loved the soup! The daily special is a nice multi-course meal. I would go back. The person working the register was very helpful and patient.

The place has a great family atmosphere. The wait staff is very nice, and the food is ok. We ordered a salchipapa and the fries seem to need more time to fry. The seem raw, like they needed more time. That is why I ambgiving this place a 4.

The closest to eating in Bolivia. Their llunch special is amazing. The service was top notch. I traveled from Texas for the weekend and had to eat there more than once. The lady that took care of us was kind and with a great attitude.

CONS: Only one waitress working on a Sunday afternoon, big delays providing attention to customers, waiter very slow (why hurry, tip is forced to customers), the saltenas are ok but could have more taste.
