The Bob

Been wanting to give this place a try for a while and it did not disappoint. We ordered the Hummus Plate and a Buddha Bob Bowl with falafel. The hummus had great flavor and paired well with the veggies and pita, although the cucumber skin was very bitter. We simply removed the skin and continued enjoying the plate. The real star of the show was the bowl. It was generously loaded with veggies and couscous and had a lot of flavor. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

i ordered the chicken kebab and added feta and it was spectacular. i got mine with a side of tzatziki because i like my food extra saucy, but it was plenty saucy and flavorful without. it only took about 4 minutes for them to prepare my order and the service was great. i was impressed by the fact that my kebab didn’t fall apart or create a mess at all while eating it. i would definitely come back if i was in the mood for Mediterranean. also as someone who hates weird chewy bites in their chicken, this meal was completely free of that. the chicken had great texture and flavor.

The food was good! I hope they come up with a vegan garlic sauce for these fries, but the chili and tahini sauce were a delicious substitute. It was a full, satisfying, shareable meal perfect for an afternoon outing and a beverage with friends. I appreciated they took the time to make sure there was no dairy in my order. I will hit this place up next time I'm in the area!

So good! Great Mediterranean flavours with a super fun food truck twist. Great sauces, perfectly cooked and spiced chicken and tons of veggies. A special treat at an incredible outdoor venue. Silver Moon’s patio just has the most relaxed and friendly vibe.

The other food trucks at Silver Moon/The Office look great, but I’ve never ordered anything from them. I always order from the Bob. Everything is awesome - my faves are the Buddha “Bob” Bowl (pictured - though you can’t see the arugula, couscous & lamb very well under all that beautiful veg), the “Yee-ro,” and the Mezze Platter (pictured, with hot sauce). It’s super fresh, super delish, and really reasonably priced. The staff are always lovely, and they put orders together quickly. These folks get all my stars.
