Ma Dee Thai Food

I absolutely love Madee Thai! The food is full of authentic Thai flavor — fresh, delicious, and perfectly seasoned every time. You can really taste the care they put into every dish. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. My favorites are crispy pork noodle — so good! Highly recommend stopping by this food cart if you’re craving real Thai comfort food.

Great food and friendly staff Been meaning to try this food truck in my neighborhood for a while, and today was the day. The young woman running the food truck is super friendly, my crispy pork noodles were made fast and very tasty. I could've used a few more Thai chilies, I think I'll ask for those on the side next time. I'm definitely coming back and gonna work my way through the menu. Support your local food trucks!

Genuinely the best thai food I have ever had. The people running it were incredibly kind and the food was just amazing. Its a little bit out of the way but 100% worth it.

Delicious! Our family enjoyed the wonton soup, spring rolls, crispy pork noodle and shrimp hor muck. Everything was so flavorful and comforting. We can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!
