The Blue Fish Breckenridge

My hubby and his dined at Bluefish tonight and absolutely loved it! We arrived at 6 PM without a reservation and were advised there would be a wait until 7:30 PM. However, we decided to wait at the bar after a few patrons left, and we were fortunate to find seats. Our bartender, Dani, was incredible. She provided excellent service and mixed a fantastic drink that set the mood for the evening. Then also at our table was ready, but we decided to pass on the table and stay at the bar because Dani was amazing !! When our food arrived, it was outstanding! The fresh fish was cooked to perfection and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Bluefish to anyone who loves seafood. Had a great early dinner here. The food was so good and fresh. Lots of great flavor. Happy hour specials were great. The biggest star of our dinner was our server, his name was Ben. He was great with knowing the menu but then on top of that as we got talking to him he shared so much great information about the area. He helped us so much and shared so much great information. Was a great experience!!

This place is great. I brought my family here and everyone- kids and adults- devoured the food... and we have some picky eaters. The waitstaff were patient, friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful with selecting items off the menu. Everyone decided we are definitely coming back before we had finished the meal. It's a fun atmosphere in a great location- definitely worth checking out.

POKE!!!!! 9/10 for the poke bowls, I took one point away because the spicy cubed tuna was pretty spicy to the point where I had to stop but it was oh so delicious! Plum wine is light and scrumptious. I tried the lobster roll too and that was great. We will be back!

We have eaten here before and the food quality was great and fresh. Tonight every item was old, the wasabi had a crust on it, the tuna was cut prior to our ordering, we couldn’t eat the salmon eggs- very old. The one standout was the seaweed salad. We will not be back- what a shame….
