Incredible in a town of pizza. What a beautiful surprise! Sitting at the bar with Norris great attention and 46+- beers on tap! Incredible service. Ordered Italian sub OMG yes! And the Big Apple absolutely delicious. So generous on toppings!!!! Oh, do you think they have my taste buds? OK they do……we ordered the Cinna bites and the bread pudding something for dessert. Bread pudding absolutely delicious. The Cinna bites the most delicious thing. I would’ve never ordered them, but my partner wanted them. They should change the name to “do you want hot, amazing donut hole covered in cinnamon sugar that you dip it hot caramel, and throw in your own mouth?” The answer of course is Hell YES— that’s what they should be call! Not so much a name, but a description of the experience. W

I love pizzas, and I also love making pizzas at home (fermenting my own dough 3 days and using better than average pizza ovens for home). Rotolos "the big apple" had every attention to detail someone like me can enjoy... and not to mention just a phenomenal flavor. From the first bite to the last, the crust held its shape, the bottom of the pizza had a char different than a new york or new haven, but it was what made it so good and hold its shape. When your pizza comes out with small, cupped pepperoni, you know it's gonna be good. Everything else was very good as well (the piggy pizza, wings, drinks). We were too full to try dessert but want to come back to try. The fact it's a franchise kind of blew me away.

We found this place while wandering Breckenridge. The pizza is phenomenal!! Amazing flavors and blends of ingredients that surprise and delight. The crust is by far one of the best we’ve ever had! And we love food! Our server Aaron hit the mark! Funny, witty and engaging, to the point, we wanted him to join us. Thanks for making our anniversary trip spectacular!

Thoroughly enjoyed the crisp, fluffy crust! The Angry Pig was smokey with a nice spicy kick from the jalepanos! Not forgetting their amazing selection of craft beers! Will definitely be back to try other items on their menu.

Not to be dramatic but this is probably the best pizza I’ve had. I got the big apple pizza Detroit style and I’d say this is a must try. Our server Aaron was also very attentive and friendly with us! Definitely recommend!!
