The Biscuit & The Bean Cafe

I really wanted to give this place a good review. I came 7/1/25 around 10:20 am and I ordered a cheese biscuit and turkey sausage. Spent about 10 mins in drive thru. Opened my biscuit and it was raw… like very bad raw. So I thought okay, mistakes happen im going to go back and tell them. Went back and got another biscuit… it was raw again. Not as bad but still straight white dough. The girl at the window was so nice but like thats bad.

Great food and coffee! A little hidden gem concept and well worth the "hunt" (Google Maps led here easily). The biscuits are "normal" sized, nothing huge. The quality is outstanding! My daughter and I got the Red Eye biscuit but I got mine on the cheese biscuit (top was a bit crunchy) the coffee rubbed pork and molasses was great together. My wife got the "Egg-ocado" on a buttermilk biscuit. She loved it. The bacon was cooked well but not over done. She would suggest it on toast as the biscuit couldn't hold up. We got a cinnamon muffin, apple fritter, and sweet potato biscuit to go. All were very good and we'll worth getting but not exceptional. Very clean place. Staff were constantly making sure tables were cleared and floors were swept. I highly recommend stopping in.

I visited the biscuit and the bean cafe a few days ago. It was fantastic. The environment was rustic and quiet. The food and coffee were reasonably priced. My friend and I order the breakfast casserole and two coffees, a dirty chai and black/white chocolate. The coffees were great and not to sweet. The casserole was so filling neither of us could finish it. It tasted great and I felt filled up but not overly full. You should differently come here if you are on this side of town. It is one of favorite places to go and unwind or pickup an afternoon boost.

I want to give Kelsi a shout out for providing wonderful customer service this morning. She lead me in the direction to order the delicious cheesesteak biscuit and pecan pie latte! She was very kind and pleasant!!!! Much appreciated!!!!

Love the good quality of coffee and the biscuits are delicious. I ordered a seasonal latte and I’m glad it wasn’t overly sweet like most places, you actually taste the coffee! Very friendly staff and received my order in a timely manner.
