The Big House

I was there on new years 2026. The bouncers kicked me out at 11:00. It’s 11:30 as I write this review. They said I was “too drunk” although I had 2 drinks at the bar. After reading the reviews, this isn’t an uncommon experience. The bouncers are genuinely miserable and need to be in a different line of work. I’m a bartender, I cut people off and kick them out constantly. They said I was in the bathroom too long. What do you mean too long? I was in there for 5 minutes. I heard they lost their liquor license for selling to minors. Newsflash- a 24 year old woman there for new years doesn’t need to be kicked out for spending 5 minutes in the bathroom. I’m sorry your staff are so vision impaired they sold to minors and lost their license (which btw, takes A LOT, not just a one time sale). DO NO

I owe this establishment an apology. The Big House has treated my children and friends AMAZING! ❤️ I thank you for your hospitality and time. My friends and family go there and love it. They love The Big House and even though I don't go out I love you for that.

Terrible experience. Staff was extremely rude. We walked here to get some drinks with 5 couples, all 40-50 years old. Walked in and headed to the bar, not 1 min later a short women walked up to my husband asking him how many drinks he has had… it was loud and my husband can’t hear well so I told her, we haven’t had any drinks, we just got here I…. She said very rudely “ I didn’t mean here, I meant all night”…. We were confused….then she continued to tell us she watched him stagger in and we need to leave, there were to very short security guards that popped up behind her. Again,we were like what is going on right now…is she seriously kicking us out…We didn’t love the place anyway, and no one in our group had got a drink yet so we just left. It was dark, loud and dirty. We’re still confused

Great night life spot. I need to come here more often. I loved the kareoke event and Chantel west😍❤️

Convenient spot on the lake, the stage in the Wreck Yard is impressive & the bartender was friendly. I heard some Dead, Bob Marley, etc. Definitely looking forward to going back!
