The Bella Lounge

it was basically empty when we got there and at some point we were the only table there so if you’re looking for somewhere with good food, lots of drink options, no wait and plenty of seating this is the place to go! we grabbed a few different things from the happy hour menu and shared it amongst ourselves and it was more than enough food! plus they had the smoothest and creamiest espresso martini i’ve ever had i will be going back for another one soon.

Great place to host buffet style events. Amanda and her group have catered a dinner for UC Davis Women's Water Polo team during the UCSD Triton Tournament for 10 years now. Food is always great and the team , parents and alumni enjoy the open, outdoor patio where they can visit and watch the beautiful La Jolla sunset.

Tamara and her team put together a beautiful catered happy hour for our business event. They discretely tracked one drink per person (so nice not to have to do drink tickets) and provided a delicious appetizer spread in a beautiful environment. I'd highly recommend them for your next event!

Just before the holidays, The Bella catered an event for me. It was wonderful. The food was delicious and plentiful. The bartenders/arrangers, Paul and Camryn, were professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The only time I had difficulties was trying to pick from the variety of grazing tables they offer! I highly recommend The Bella for a nice dine-in meal as well as for your catering needs.

Was excited to try this place out but was a little disappointed that the food just tasted pretty bland. It's getting more expensive eating out so this place is not worth the hype and cost. The view of the ocean would have been the upside of the visit if it wasn't cloudy. The roast beef panini was basically a cold sandwich. Not grilled or if it was, it wasn't enough to even melt the cheese. The salad was better tasting but a bit pricey for the portion we got.
