The Ann Stevens House 1895 Historic Bed & Breakfast

The House is in a wonderful quiet location about less than Three minutes from downtown Cassadaga. The owners, Emily and her husband, were fantastic. There was something about Emily that was almost ethereal. she had a calmness and warmth about her that I’ve never seen on anyone else. And our stay in our beautiful room was so peaceful and quiet that it’s hard to put into words. I hated having to leave but definitely plan on going back because all I can think about since I’ve been home is the peace and calmness that pervades the entire property. Believe me, Emily is one in 1 million.

This B&B was amazing. We stayed in the Carriage House, Ann Stevens Room. It was absolutely stunning and beautiful. We had our own private large bedroom, bathroom and screened balcony with rocking chairs. The trees, birds and nature were so tranquil. The bed was so comfy and the hosts, Emily and Shane were fantastic. Full of history and knowledge and so inviting. We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to go back again. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family. We made so many great memories in town, on the walking trail and onsite. Sooo many great things to say about it. Perfect getaway for us. Many thanks.

This is such a quiet peaceful place. Perfect for recharging. The rooms are beautiful, and so clean. I stayed in the carriage house and had plenty of room. Emily is so wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back!

My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary here and truly enjoyed ourselves! The view from our room was so serene with birds chirping and Emily gave us such a detailed history of the property and town in general. Shane cooked a delicious breakfast and does an amazing job of caring for the grounds and treating each guest like family. The room was gorgeous and clean and we plan on returning in the near future for a longer stay. Thank you so much Shane and Emily for your hospitality!!❤️🙏🕊️

The owners were *extremely* accommodating after I booked the wrong weekend & showed up out of the blue. (Family emergency nearby, stress, etc.) We enjoyed a very gracious historical tour, slept like logs & enjoyed the peace & quiet all weekend.
