Thai Sweet Basil

My mom brought me here for lunch today for my birthday as we both really like Thai food. I found it to be a warm, welcoming, elegant yet casual environment. Plants all around, which really adds to the feeling, in my opinion 😊 The food was great and the lemon water to start was lovely. Both the Thai and green hot tea were very nice. Overall, very pleased to find a new spot! Only downside is parking if it's peak shopping hours. But there are spaces and it's worth it 😊

Thai Sweet Basil at 209 N Main St in Andover, MA is really good. I’d give it a 4.3-4-5 if the star system would let me. We went for the second time today and are happy to report it was as delicious as the first time. Our fish tamarind dish was lovely with brown rice, the beef pad Thai was tasty and the TSB platter for two was great, with the three dipping sauces! We both loved everything and are already looking forward to our next visit! There was delicate piano music playing in the background. The wait help was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere is very pleasant and you can almost always find parking. It’s also easy access off route 495. They have won tons of awards, year after year and I can see why! My mouth is actually salivating as I write this. We’ll be back soon! 👍

So we ordered carry out two orders of fried rice and two orders of chicken satay, one crab Rangoon and papaya salad. The chicken satay was bland and only a small piece of chicken and the tip of the stick. We have been ordering from this restaurant since 2012 when the Thai fried rice back the gave shrimp and baby corns …… I think maybe they have new owners but the food wasn’t great tonight …..

I miss physically going into work because of this restaurant. I used to eat here every week. Tried almost everything on their menu and they're all done to perfection! My favorite and go to dish is their crazy noodles. They do them the best and trust me, I try it at every Thai restaurant I go to, just to compare. You must try this restaurant you will not be disappointed. Please note their lunch menu is cheaper than their dinner menu. The restaurant is clean and the employees are all very friendly and professional. Plenty of parking!

Used to be good but getting lower in quality. Been going for years and never had to wait over an hour for take out. They are also skimping out on the jumbo shrimps for the fried rice and corn for the pad si u. Loved the food but the price for the quality is insane. A lot of onions for the fried rice too like.
