Thai Staunton Restaurant

This place serves authentic Thai food and is even yummier than the Thai food back in my hometown in the Philippines 😅 I’ve been to Thailand and I say Thai Staunton has REALLY GOOD thai food. My absolute favourite was their Thai Fried Rice with shrimp. The portion was HUGE. It was good for 2-3 people, and i couldn’t finish it but it was so good that i took the leftovers home. I got my friend and her mom to try chicken satay and mango sticky rice for the first time and they love it!

If I could give this place 10 stars out of five, I would. This is truly the best food in Harrisonburg, no doubt, let alone the best Thai food in Harrisonburg. I am honestly obsessed with Thai Harrisonburg. Every time I’m in Harrisonburg, we stop here. I’ve brought my family, I’ve brought my church group, and it is amazing every single time. The food is consistent, full of flavor, and you can tell it’s made with care. Let’s talk drinks for a second because they deserve their own mention. The Thai iced tea and the Thai lemonade are incredible. I highly recommend trying at least one of them. They are so refreshing and honestly addictive. My kids love this place too, which says a lot. I have a 10 year old and 5 year old triplets, and they go crazy for the shrimp tempura, calamari, and the mass

Wonderful experience! The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Loved that the menu is fully illustrated! The staff was super friendly and helped us determine what dish we were looking for (we are bad at names😅). The food took no more that 10 mins to get to our table and everything was absolutely delicious! Probably the best thai food we’ve had so far. Highly recommended.

Definitely a must have. If you are in the area or even just passing through, we highly recommend Thai Staunton. We got the lunch special and it was filling and delicious.

My wife and I had such a great experience at this Thai restaurant today. The menu was easy to read, and everything was beautifully presented. We ordered the Thai BBQ Chicken, Papaya Salad, Tom Yum Soup, and Roasted Duck Curry — and every dish was excellent. The Thai BBQ Chicken was juicy and perfectly grilled. The Papaya Salad was fresh and well-balanced. The Tom Yum Soup had that bold, aromatic, spicy-and-sour flavor that was incredibly comforting. The Roasted Duck Curry was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The owner came by to check on us several times during our meal, and we really appreciated the attention. After chatting with the owner and mentioning that we were visiting from out of town, we were kindly treated to Mango Sticky Rice, which was delicious and a perfect way to end the
