Teriyaki Madness

Ugh I absolutely just love this place and specifically this location! I’ve never had one bad experience here my food is always fresh and great! And they always give me more than what I’m paying for, definitely would recommend! :)

I had the pleasure of dining at teriyaki madness recently, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable—our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, always ready with a recommendation and making sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! Each dish was beautifully presented, bursting with fresh flavors and perfectly cooked.

Absolutely horrendous. Orange chicken was cold and flavorless rice taste it like it was a couple days old. The chicken itself was not spicy, but whatever they put on top of the rice made it unbearably hard to eat due to spice and I typically love spice. All in all one of the worst things I’ve ever eaten.

Went to pick up a door dash, I asked where the restroom was, the lady lied and said it was out of order. I said "the toilet?" She said yes plumbing issue. I said ok i just need to rinse my hands and dry them and proceed to the rest room. She ran after me and followed me to the bathroom. When I left, I asked why she lied and she yelled at me. Another gentleman said it's only for customers. I told them as a customer I'm allowed to use the restroom, and then place an order. They said I'm not allowed to. Then told me to wash my hands in my car and called me dumb.
