Teriyaki Madness

Not the best and declining each time I’ve been. This was our third time coming here over about a year and it seems like each time it’s worse and worse so I think this was our last time. The man at the counter was alone and clearly in the middle of a to-go order when we got there. Fine- but he didn’t look up and greet us or tell us it’d be a minute- he kept on and we waited for 10 MINUTES without a word. When we finally got to order he was rude and honestly looked unkempt and unclean himself. Mind you it’s 3pm on a Thursday so we’re the only ones there, it cost $50 and took another 20 mins to make 3 meals- 2 steak and noodles and a steak/chicken with noodles. Wowwww did this place suck! When we went inside the man working the counter didn’t even look up from the iPad while taking our orders, was throwing his hands up, got aggravated at us for asking a question, and threw a temper tantrum when he went behind into the kitchen even when we were still in view. I can understand being frustrated working alone and during a rush, but there was nobody in the restaurant but us and two other people, there were no to-go orders made, and there’s no drive thru available. Also 1 pm on a Tuesday, so not a big crowd coming in regardless. And when we asked for our regular soda we had ordered, he threw the tray he brought our food to us on back onto the counter and basically threw us the cup. Consistently fresh and tasty food. Good customer service and a very clean dining area. For some reason people think it’s a fast food place and make irrational complaints like “there’s no drive through” or “we waited 10 minutes for our food”. The place is a restaurant and the food is cooked fresh. If you are looking for fast food, try mcdonalds. If you want consistently fresh and quality food, this is an amazing establishment.

First time eating here yesterday but ive always heard mixed reviews so thought id finally try them out. The service was immaculate with a blonde guy who I assume was a manager making food recommendations, checked on me while I was eating and even gave me a coupon for the next visit. I had the Teriyaki Steak cooked in their Mad Sauce (supposedly their hottest) on white rice. It was really good, was expecting spicier but still good. The egg roll that came with was good but kind of burnt so I only ate two bites worth. The restaurant was clean and looked ready for a lunch rush, everything was well stocked and organized. The food was abit pricey in comparison to taste so its not my first pick to eat at but wouldnt turn it down and will still recommend it.

This was my first time going to this newer fast-food chain. Walking in there was a bit of a line, however, the staff managed to get through to us in less than 10 minutes. The order taker was nice and answered all our questions and even recommended the spicy teriyaki bowl. The manager seemed to be the one serving the food and he did a outstanding job at making sure tables were clean and asking how the food was as well as getting our orders correct. As for cleanliness they were also above what I expected. The floors, the bathrooms, the tables, and the drink area were very clean. Overall, the experience was great. I didn't know what to expect going in but these guys never failed to delivery delicious food with a passionate crew.
