Gluten free delicious fries chicken and chicken karage wings! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was very clean and simple. It was like being back in Japan! Great place! Love having gluten free in Hilo!
Definitely place to have Karaage chicken in Hilo. Also have special “Don” and bento. Even fried tofu was delicious. Great options for vegans!
We ordered the fried wings and thighs, and the yakitori bowl. The wait time is a bit long but it's because they fry them fresh. Everything was super delicious from the light batters to the fluffy rice, and the amazing sauces. Mmmm, now that's finger licking good!
What a find! Crispy, tender, tasty! Their chicken karaage was one of the best I’ve had. Also had their curry and gyu don. Everything was delicious! Also tried some of their sauces and tsukemono. I would definitely come back when I’m in Hilo. They just made one year here Oct 2024…congratulations!
What a great celiac-friendly find in Hilo! Cutest little place with super friendly and accommodating staff. We were sorry to learn that the Kona location is not also gluten free… we were already making plans to visit!
