Teddy's Bigger Burgers - Aiea

Tried ordering threw the app and tried to add my card ans it wouldn’t accept my address so I clicked on my old address it accepted it then it denied in the process and took off my $3 new member reward. Finally after over an hour of trying figured out to add my address have to have - in numbers. So I tried to do another order but because it cancelled it wouldn’t give me the $3 off so I went inside the store and the cashier said because their isn’t anything on the account I can’t get the $3 off and he’s unsure how to use the app so I had my son make an account to order and get the $3 off. Fries looked ok but then when I got to the middle there was no sauce and then the bottom had a bunch of oil. Don’t recommend unless you love oily food.

We were hungry and didn't want to drive out to wahiawa for a burger. So this teddy's is our choice when staying close to home. Burgers were cooked to medium, and sauces were to the side as ordered. We changed to onion rings, but it appears they now add a chili salt coating. A bit too salty for my taste. Will need to ask for plain O-rings. So the taste of the beef burger was okay with a hint of grilling, but maybe some beef flavor. Service was good with person reconfirming each order. The order came out quickly. The place is showing its age.
