Tatsu Sushi Japanese Cuisine is a true gem! The food was absolutely exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. While the restaurant is on the smaller side and can fill up quickly, that’s just a testament to how great the food is. They seem to handle a lot of takeout orders, but service remains impressively fast for dine-in guests. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this spot to all sushi lovers!

This was our first time visiting this place. We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. When we were paying, we were given some lollipops. I think this was a nice gesture of care :)

The Chef is an absolute artist. This is by far the best sushi I've ever had. The Toro with caviar is unreal melt in your mouth but honestly everything is incredible. I've been coming here for a few years and I never go anywhere else by choice. So grateful!

Late post -BFF and I came to satisfy our sushi cravings. It happened to be the first night of a Dodgers game, and the restaurant was bustling with activity. Unfortunately, it would have been helpful if the staff had informed us about the potential delays before we sat down, as it made for a somewhat awkward start. When our server finally approached us, he asked us to mark our choices on the menu—a process that would have been smoother if he had done so from the beginning. Though the restaurant wasn’t at full capacity, the influx of takeout orders was evident, contributing to the overall chaos.
