We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Zaatar Factory And Bakery! We tried the Zafar Special wrap with cheese and a pepper paste and cheese, and wow it was good. Fresh ingredients and freshly made dough. While we waited, we were served warm, delicious tea, which made the experience feel even more welcoming. Amo, was so genuine and kind, it felt like he would have given us the whole store if he could! Everyone working there provided amazing service: friendly, attentive, and familiar, making the space feel like home. The bakery is spotless, comfortable, and inviting. We even asked about bringing our own mix for lahmajune, and Amo happily offered to cook it for us in their oven, how amazing is that? This level of hospitality and flexibility is rare, and it really makes you feel valued

Delicious inexpensive Middle Eastern food! Ample parking out front. Had their soujouk & cheese and zatar & cheese pastries heated. Samuel was so friendly & great. He gave me complementary tea, cucumber & sliced tomatoes & I also ended up buying some crazy delicious dessert. Quite a drive in traffic to get here but well worth it. Happy eating! Went with a group of 4, all of our first times trying Lebanese food. Owners were super welcoming, chatted with us, suggested things to try, and made space for us to sit. Food was amazing and the ambiance was all regulars and locals, so we knew immediately that it must be good. Will definitely be coming back!

My experience was amazing. The hospitality and kindness of the staff were outstanding, and the food was both delicious and clean. No weird aftertaste or oily food. Thank you Reema for making this experience even better, felt like I was visiting a friend.

Most amazing experience. Like we entered a new world, filled with warmth and hospitality, culture, and delicious delicious food. The owner is a charismatic, welcoming man who takes your order. From the moment that he noticed we looked a bit lost with the menu, trying a new cuisine, he helped us with great recommendations and served us their special Brazilian coffee and fragrant tea. We even got to try a bit of the baklavah and my goodness. It was filled with flavor. The food itself knocked us out. The meat was so richly seasoned and tender, the bread was rolled in with a cheesy layer for a thick cheesy crust, the toppings were a perfect complement to the base...
