Very childish behavior and unprofessional to say the least. Ferangiz, the ‘manager’, has to have the last word even when she’s wrong. She needs to check her attitude and act more professional. You’re running a business, act professional. When I called Ferangiz, she said she had a “business meeting” to go to so she left early so I wasn’t able to pick up my documents and I was standing in front of their building when they’re suppose to be open. Ok. I let her know that it cost me valuable time to drive over there and to update her business hours. She said she supposedly had a business meeting and left. I then called her the next day to confirm she’s in the office during business hours and she, obviously trying to one up me, says they’re closing (an hour early) then changes her story out of

Not expensive, fast, high quality. They did translating for me of birth certificate and high school diploma from Russian and Ukrainian to English. I do recommend them for everyone.
