This the BEST food truck in Des Moines PERIOD. I've been going to this truck for as long as I can remember, back when the Duke of oil was there. DOMT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO ANY OTHER TRUCK. In my opinion this is the only REAL food truck. Every other one tries to do what this truck did 10 years ago. Prices are unbeatable, the burrito is the size of my thigh, BRING CASH.

Absolutely delicious ! The presentation and aroma...the singe on the asada...the chorizo along with Verde and Rojo sauce absolutely 🔥 I will 100% be back ! I always like to start off with the carne asada tacos because if you can't get that right than I don't wanna do business. I always go at least on sauced up and one as is and all was delicious!! Something a little different is the cheese on these. Normally I don't find cheese in the street tacos...and it was 🔥 Even the tortillas are on point, not falling apart. I hate hate leaving bad reviews for la raza but the tacos didn’t have much flavor. And the salsa was watered down. 2.5/5 Everyone knows if the salsa isn’t right than the tacos are prob the same. I ordered asada, lengua, chorizo, carnitas. The were small but the price fit the size. My preferred taco was the lengua. Other than that I hope they update their recipes. I wish them the best.

Been going here with my family for years now. Recently had a great experience sharing the truck with a friend from South Dakota. Got a beef burrito with lots of cheese and made sure to get green sauce! Also got chicken tamales for 2 bucks a piece. One of my favorite places to go, muchos gracias por la cena!
