The tea bombs from here are amazing! Alexis was so friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. The teas are very flavorful and vibrant in color. I'm definitely a fan of the cotton candy puppy chow (just learned it's actually a snack for people 🤣🤣). I could buy bags of this delicious treat!! When we come back to Iowa, we're definitely coming back here!! Hope this shop expands to other regions... like Las Vegas 😉

First time coming here after seeing an ad on social media. I drive by this place everyday on my way to work and didn't even know it was here! The ladies behind the counter had excellent customer service and explained what each drink type was since I had never been in before. I got the Mega tea, Mermaid Water, and it tastes SO GOOD. Here's a picture of before I shook it and after. I love the added sparkles. I will definitely be back in!

I’d always been a little hesitant to try one of these nutrition/shake shops because the menu is massive. Alexis and Kacey at Eastside nutrition were excellent! They help me to choose which add-ons would be best and recommended an amazing salted toffee meal replacement. I’ll gladly pay eight dollars for a meal replacement that taste like a dessert and is 100% guilt free. I highly recommend you try Eastside nutrition - they’re located in the strip mall beside the Hy-Vee on East Euclid near the freeway.

Stopped in for a protien shake. Had the salted caramel oreo and it was great. Friendly atmosphere and good vibes.

I always love the shakes and teas at Eastside Nutrition. Today I got the butter pecan and cookies and cream mini protein donuts. They were nothing short of amazing! You get a delicious healthy option to a donut.
