Taquería Guanajuato Mix

This food truck was parked outside of North Pillar Brewing in Waukesha for a fundraiser we attended. It was a bitter cold night, so the truck just outside of the front entrance was helpful. We ordered by text and were to be texted back when our food was ready. After 45 minutes we went outside to find out if we had missed our text, but no, the food was still not ready. After 75 minutes we got our text, and the food was on flimsy plates with no covers, so carrying them back inside was a challenge. At at the table, one plate collapsed and the food fell to the floor, no longer edible. The food we did have was good, some smaller servings and some a bit larger.
