Family run and fantastic food - after a day on the slopes the burrito was the best- it was huge!! Honestly I almost finished it but not quite. Fresh ingredients for sure. This is not your fancy date night spot- but definitely a great value for the money and I would go again while I’m South Lake Tahoe. We talked to the owner and he was super nice- just the kind of business we love to support!

Staff at my hotel nearby recommended me to this great restaurant! It’s a solidly delicious, no frills taqueria with great menu options. Cash only! Super clean and excellent service! They have nice warm inside sitting area and clean restrooms available! I had a chorizo super burrito with everything on it and added their delicious spicy salsa and a delicious hibiscus flavored classic Jamaica beverage on the side! Cost was under $20.

First timer. Ratings are on the mark. The food was delicious and the service was great. Street tacos had amazing flavor and the burrito was stuffed. Ask for extra “onions/cilantro” Nice change to the overpriced spots on the Main Street. We took “to-go” and walked to Lakeside beach for incredible view. Definitely coming back.

The food was bland and mushy and not flavorful at all. The very small dining area was dirty and gross and the benches are broken and uncomfortable. The service was the absolute worst ever! The lady who took our order was rude and unhelpful and had better things to do. They only take cash which is so inconvenient I mean come on it’s 2026. I asked for a refund for the chicken bowl because my daughter tried it and could not stomach it, it was so bad. They refused to give me my money back because they said there’s nothing wrong with it and other people don’t complain. Also everything is served on paper plates and bowls with plastic forks. Everything about this place was terrible. Do not waste your money you will be greatly disappointed.

$11 for this SUPER chicken burrito. traditional and family-owned Mexican restaurant. there are six or seven tables to eat inside and they only take cash. super burrito is like a giant burrito and the ingredients are fresh and good quality. it's not a fancy place but I like the vibes of home atmosphere. prices are 20 to 30% lower or even better than other local Mexican restaurants. Highly Recommended
