We came here to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The servers were energetic and even brought out a dessert with candles, which made the night memorable. The table shared fajitas, quesadillas, and margarita pitchers—everything was delicious. The lively atmosphere and festive music kept the energy high all night.

Definitely one of the better Mexican spots in town. We frequent Guad’s, as they offer generous portions and quality flavor. I appreciate that the nachos are always loaded with toppings (a good amount of guac too!) The staff are always kind and efficient, and there is a nice family atmosphere here. Thank you for always giving a great experience.

For decades I've been going up and down the I-80 corridor between San Francisco and Sacramento and it's such a worn path for me. And perhaps, it's this familiarity that I've neglected to review this place thinking that I must have already posted one and it's a surprise to me that I hadn't. Well, here it is, an old favorite and as reliable as Old Faithful, an endorsement for an establishment that I've patronized for years. I can describe the food as being good and all that, it's a given. What makes this place a gem is that it has always served up delicious meals and one of the advantages is that it's just off the freeway, the Mace exit. Good tacos at a good price. There's a slight issue with consistency; sometimes the tacos are fantastic and sometimes just ok. This place gets packed during peak hours so be prepared for that. Not a huge deal, but it's hard to plan to eat there with so many "to go" orders hogging tables for people that want to dine in. Shame on you all.

Hands down my favorite place to eat Mexican food at Davis. I love the food, environment and staff. Everything is reasonably priced. A big plus is their chips and salsa bar. They have very fast service even when there’s a lot of people. Just looking at the pictures makes my mouth water all over again. I love coming here 👍
