Taqueria El Puente-1

Walked in, small quaint restaurant. No one really greeted me. Don’t let the first part deter you! We’re here for the food! Dam! The food! I ordered a bit of everything. (Online) T-bone and shrimps (amazing) tender seasoned and massive portions, ordered the shrimp and chicken fajitas. Wife and mother loved it. (A little tingle of spice) seasoning amazing, portions for two people! I got the El Puente dish whic is shrimp and steak but honestly I can’t I’m stuffed! My wife took a bite of it and said it’s great. All served with tortillas beans and rice.

My son and his girlfriend took me here for lunch. I ordered the burrito and Horchata. The burrito tasted like authentic Mexico City, bursting with flavor and filled with rice, beans, chicken. My son and his girlfriend ordered the street tacos. The chef offered us multiple sauces. We enjoyed the subtle spiciness of the green sauce, the spicier red sauce and the mango sauce. This Mexican food reminded us of AZ, CA and Mexican food that we love so much! The orchard, which is a rice milk drink, was tasty with perfect blend of cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg. The atmosphere is fun and festive. Im looking forward to the growth and expansion of this restaurant.

I highly recommend dining at Taqueria El Puente. I stopped in around 4:00 and scored a table outside. My meal was fantastic! I ordered the 01 combo as shown in the photo. The place is decor is colorful and fun. It is a small place viewed from the road, but it had more tables inside than I had expected. The service was a 5 star because the man at the counter was very nice and answered my questions about the menu. I live close and I encourage all to go out and try it because I want this place to do well! I saw people picking up to go orders as I sat outside. From the other reviews and photos posted, I plan on trying more items. Also there is plenty of parking around the corner if there is no spot out front.

Salsa, thick, flavorful, extra good. Chips, thick, crisp and extra good. The salmon was delightful, the sauce and veggies spicy. I had the Dorados Tacos, fried with potatos inside. Mild but tasty. Sope with chicken was great! Son had chicken burrito. Very flavorful without being hot. Great atmosphere. Restaurant is geared toward take out but has a nice place to sit down and eat what you bought. On weekends chips and salsa is free to dine in custoners.

I am from Arizona and this spot made me feel like I was back home. The food was so fresh and full of flavors. I highly recommend the spicy sunrise nachos and the birria tacos. Amazingly cozy spot with fantastic food and service.
