Tapped - Taphouse & Kitchen

Been to Tapped many times! It’s me and my husband’s usual date night spot. I love the pesto gnocchi! Always have a good selection of drinks on tap as well.

This place is great! Service was fast and friendly, the atmosphere is very chill and what you would expect from a place called TAPPED! We had the pretzel and the onion rings for appetizers, they were so good that they were gone before I even thought of getting pictures of them. We also had the Gumbo and the fish and chips. The Gumbo had the right amount of everything you'd expect and the best, but not too much kick. The fish and chips are top tier. This place is a must whenever you come to town!

The Tap House is one of our regular stops, and it’s easy to see why. The beer selection isn’t just the best in town, it easily rivals what you’ll find in bigger cities. Their food is outstanding, and I’ve tried most dishes at least twice. While not every dish is a perfect 5-star, most are so close that I’m happy to give them a 5 overall. I’d love to see a new dish introduced monthly, and if it does well, added to the menu. Sure, a few items could use a tweak, like the pesto grilled cheese or the pesto gnocchi, which both have a bit too much pesto, but that’s minor in the grand scheme. This restaurant serves ALL of their fried food from a beef tallow frier!!! I cannot say enough how huge this is for those with chronic health issues. The fries are the best you’ll ever have and my husband and I were both remarking on how we didn’t feel sick at all after eating here, like you normally would when eating out. Their new york strip is also delicious and cooked in tallow!

Came in for dinner after a Vandals football game and Tapped is outstanding! Yep... they were post-game packed and very busy, but we still had excellent service and some great food. The burgers are perfection and the fish and chips were amazingly good. A light batter, not too greasy, served with some of the best fries I've had in a while. We will definitely come back!
