Drove 30 minutes there for a chicken sandwich meal and didn’t even get the sandwich

Faith at the cashier did a wonderful job helping me out one morning. Her demeanor was extremely welcoming, soft, and approachable! Thank you for helping start my day off right :)

I’ll revisit this as they get more established. Richard was very nice. My second time in, there was an issue and, I get it, things happen. But how you handle it is what makes or breaks it in terms of good customer service. I won’t name names here but it’s a shame there were several managers here but instead the same girl who didn’t handle it very well (wrong sandwich for a second time) was the one they trotted out.

Extremely professional and friendly customer service!! I was impressed compared to other fast food restaurants in town. The staff was so kind while going through the drive thru and the food came out quickly. We will be frequenting Moscow's new Chik-fil-A many more times in the future.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Had an amazing lunch with my toddler and some friends. Food was perfect, service was fast and extremely friendly! On our way out, my son dropped our fries in the parking lot. A staff member instantly ran out to help us clean the mess. Then as I was loading my son into our car, another’s staff member brought us a full bag of fresh fries! We will most definitely be frequenting Moscow’s Chick-fil-A! To the amazing staff members working this afternoon, thank you for your kindness, it means the world!
