Tao's Fresh

Ordered the Garlic Salmon with Rice and the Fried Chicken, and both dishes were excellent. The fried chicken had the perfect amount of crisp on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside — exactly how it should be. As a big garlic lover, I was super happy to see that the salmon came generously drenched in garlic, giving it bold flavor in every bite. Ordering was convenient too. Scanning the QR code made the whole process quick and seamless, which I really appreciated. Overall, a delicious experience from start to finish.

Some similarities to Sizzling Lunch, but the value is a lot better at Tao's Fresh. More toppings come with the dishes, more varieties of sizzling dishes, and the meat seems to be better-seasoned. The service is a lot better, since it's an independent restaurant rather than a franchise. The kitchen curtains have a bible verse on them, and there is not enough information to determine whether the owners practice & preach love or hate.

Tao's Fresh was recommended by a friend so I decided to drop by today for lunch with my wife. We got: Curry cheese rice (Sizzling plate) - 2 / 5 The cheese is on top of the rice while curry powder is being poured throughout your plate. The beef is on the bottom when it is being served hot on the plate for all of it to be blended and cooked together. My biggest issue with this dish was that it was overly salty. There is no elaborative details to the dish. They set up the meat, place the rice correctly in the middle, all of the powder for curry/cheese/and salt should be portioned correctly then done. Simple but delicious. I had salmon and steak with rice hot plate and a side of over easy egg, the last 3 times. Just perfect. My kids had what you see in the photo. Order from the QR code app is the best implementation of "order from QR code". Very efficient, straight forward and simple to pay with Apple Pay. Kudos to the app developer. The wait was around 10 minutes which was fine. Yes, i would go back there again and order the same thing. Monthly is a good interval.
