Tandem Bagel Company

Stopped in early in the morning and the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. The French Onion scone was so good and the latte was just the right temperature. Bagel was a bit to buttery for me but my overall experience was nice. I will be back to try other item and definitely to grab a scone and Latte.

This place exceeded my expectations!!! I love how cute and open the restaurant itself is. The ordering is speedy and straight to the point. Their selection of bagels is astounding, and the cream cheeses are to die for. Husband and I got asiago bagels, one with honey walnut cream cheese, and the other with chive!!! Very affordable and delicious. Will definitely be here often as a new bagel spot! Panera lost a couple of customers today!

I used to really like Tandem - the food was good, the service was good, and the coffee was good! I don't know what happened, but it's absolutely gone down hill. I visited today and ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two lattes for here. I took a seat with my number and waited. First, the gave us our food in a to go bag. Then, I asked for plates because we were eating in the restaurant and got an eye roll from the attendant. Next, our food was less than stellar. The Spicy sandwich had 1 piece of bacon and was scattered around the sandwich, and the Sweet sandwich had no maple syrup on it. Then, they brought us our coffees and the hot coffee I ordered came iced. My days of sticking up for Tandem are over. I used to come once a week and my order was perfect every time. I'm here almost weekly and every single time the staff have been welcoming and professional, ordering is efficient, food comes quickly, and everything is delicious. The cafe is clean and comfortable. A big shout out to everyone who works there who make it such a great experience.

I typically enjoy their food. They have a food range of flavored bagels as well as smoothies, coffee and teas. Their matcha is always amazing! Sometimes their service can take a little while. I sat and waited approximately 30 minutes past the promised time for my food and it took those 30 minutes to make two drinks. Their toaster also is a little funky like it will burn the edges of the bagel but not toast anything else. I do like the food and I would definitely recommend I would just be prepared to wait a little
