I had such great service from the staff here today! I had ordered two salads online for pickup and made the mistake of ordering for a different Springfield location. Once we realized the mistake the staff offered to fulfill the order at this location, saving me the time and drive. Everyone we interacted with was thoughtful, attentive, and considerate. The Cobb salad and Santa Fe salads were very good quality. Everything looked fresh and clean behind the counter and we really enjoyed our food and experience. Thank you!

Stopped into Hot Table Panini and tried the Southwest Chicken Panini. My order was ready fast, and the panini was excellent—crispy on the outside, with a flavorful mix of chicken, salami, chipotle mayo, roasted onions, and melty cheese inside. The touch of spice was just right, giving it some kick without being overwhelming. The staff kept things moving quickly, the dining room was clean, and there’s a nice variety of drink options including fresh lemonade, raspberry lemonade, and unsweetened tea. I also noticed they’ve added handcrafted milkshakes to the menu if you want something sweet. Overall, flavorful food and fast service make this a great spot for a quick but satisfying meal!

Came here for a quick bite to eat after shopping. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and cranberry walnut salad with chicken. The food was ok. I was not a fan of the chicken inside of my sandwich. It didn’t taste real. Staff was friendly and attentive.

So very happy with all of my visits to Hot Bale in West Springfield! The staff is always welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to see you, which makes the experience even better. My food is always prepared quickly, made exactly as ordered, and served with care. Best of all, the taste is consistently delicious and always hits the spot. I've only had 3 paninis so far, but they were so full of flavor. Very tasty! I also had the raspberry and chocolate dessert paninis very good
